how to Delete your account

Deleting your account is irreversible and we can’t reverse this even if you delete it by accident.

To delete your account, please follow the steps below:
‍
1.- Log in to your account.
2.- Navigate to your profile section located in the upper right corner of the screen.
3.- Click on the "Delete Account" button.
4.- Confirm that you wish to delete your account.

Deleting your account will permanently remove all associated information. No data will be retained.

Note: The same process applies to the iOS and Android apps, as well as the Web App.
